• No, we cannot look up receipts
• Yes, we can look up your Fivestar History
• Always remember to check-in on fivestars to collect points

Procedure

• We will crack open your defective disposable to check if the pod is full
• If it's full we will comp a replacement for free.
• If it's empty you can get a new one 20% off or any Clearance disposable for free.
• We will notate how many times you come in with a defective disposable.
